Terms of access

1. What this is

Investmatic (the "desk") publishes equity research notes and a list of current picks to approved members through this website and by email. The research is produced by automated systems from public filings and market data, checked by software, and released by a person. It is provided for information only.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing on this site or in any note or email is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation suited to any particular person. The desk does not know your circumstances and does not take them into account. Investmatic is not a registered investment adviser, broker or dealer. You alone are responsible for any decision you make, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting.

3. Access

Access is granted at the desk's sole discretion on application and may be withdrawn at any time without notice or reason. Sign-in links are personal and expire; do not forward them. You must keep your email account secure.

4. No redistribution

Notes, picks and emails are for your personal use. You may not copy, forward, publish, post, resell or otherwise redistribute them, in whole or in part, or use them to train or prompt an automated system, without written permission. Quoting a short passage with attribution to investmatic.io is permitted.

5. Positions and conflicts

The desk runs a paper portfolio in the ideas it researches and may in future hold real positions, long or short, in securities it writes about. Notes state their research date; the desk has no obligation to update them.

6. Accuracy and warranties

The desk works from public filings and third-party data that may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and from automated reasoning that can be mistaken. Every calculation is reproduced before publication, but reproduction proves arithmetic, not judgment. Everything is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the desk excludes liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the material.

7. Changes

The desk may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
